From Humble Beginnings
We started out as the maintenance department for a small property managment firm. We worked hard to service the few managers we worked with daily. We learned their needs and the needs of their customers. It was fun and challenging in the beginning. Over time we learned that Property Managers have a lot on thier plate!
PM’s need competent technicians that solve problems and move fast and efficiently yet always with an eye on the bottom line. We learned to deliver value!
Then We Grew!
After some time we started to grow. Then through several acquisistions our parent company picked up a Community Management company. Wow! What a learning curve!
Afte several years of adjustment… more learning, more growing, we figured it all out. Property Managers and Community Managers weren’t that different. They worked countless hours and juggled a million tasks daily!
It was important that we help take some of that off their plate. We developed systems and process that would help them become more efficient and work less hours.
Less hassle and less worry was the goal. Create systems that helped our clients accomplish their daily tasks and help their clients rest assured that everything that needed to get done was getting done!

Eventually we grew and grew and we were no longer a little maintenance department. We had become our how thriving, growing company.
Our specialty? Working with Property Managers, Communtiy Managers and Facilities Managers. We understand their world and their stress!
We know how to relieve that stress and help their clients rest assured that they are getting value at every turn. Real estate and the management of it is a very capital intensive business.
